The Details

Tasting Note Pale coral pink in colour with enticing aromas of freshly picked strawberries and Turkish delight. Light bodied, the palate abounds with flavours of Turkish delight, fine texture and a fresh, dry finish.
Best Enjoyed With A great match for cured ocean trout or fresh fennel, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and mint salad.
Treatment Picking in the cool of night and allowing only the natural yeasts from the vineyard to perform their ritual of converting the grape sugars to alcohol completes the picture, meaning there is very little separating the man from the wine in the glass.
