The Details

Tasting Note Lovely aromas of black currant, plum, and bramble leaf wrapped up in harmonious French oak. The palate is elegantly structured with a silky texture and fruit sweetness to the mid-palate. Layers of red cherry, spice and subtle briar flavours, finishing with soft, finely grained tannins.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with a Marty Burnell classic - barbequed steak and salad or roasted asparagus, cherry tomatoes and basil.
Treatment Special blocks were chosen with sandy soils of varying depths over limestone. Irrigation strategies and canopy management are adapted to suit each individual site to provide a good balance of light and shade in the canopy, maximising fruit quality.
