Tasting Note Aromas of lemon and grapefruit are at the forefront with hints of lime blossom and jasmine. A fresh and zesty palate with loads of citrus flavour, grapefruit and gin-like finish.
Best Enjoyed With Perfect for summer drinking paired with ginger, chive and mushroom dumplings or salt and pepper eggplant.
Treatment This wine is crafted from Riesling grown in premium South Australian grape growing regions. Over many years, these vines have delivered excellent grapes from a variety of soil types. The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to retain the lovely aromatics that Riesling is famous for prior to crushing and wild fermentation, before being filtered and bottled.
