The Details

Tasting Note Aromas of Honeysuckle, vibrant lemon, lime and floral aromas with a hint of pineapple and mango. Refreshing flavours of lime, lemon, green apple, yuzu and grapefruit with zesty acidity.
Best Enjoyed With Thai style beef salads or salt and pepper tofu.
Treatment The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to retain the lovely aromatics that Riesling is famous for. After pressing, the free run juice is drained from the skins, gravity settled and racked off heavy lees to encourage fermentation with yeasts indigenous to the vineyards.
