A delicious dry Rosé with lingering flavours of red berries and hard candy, and featuring a soft and silky texture.

The Details

Tasting Note Vibrant aromas of strawberry, candy, red apple and cherry blossom. A palate featuring juicy strawberry, red plum, nectarine, quince paste and a touch of pink peppercorn with a soft, creamy and silky texture. Dry with lingering flavours.
Best Enjoyed With Fish tacos, Pad Thai, nachos, salmon or barbeque veggie skewers.
Treatment Grapes for earthworks Rosé are sourced from our growers in South Australia. The juice is gently extracted from the skins to give the wine a light coral pink colour. Fermentation uses the natural yeasts that have thrived in the vineyard, which gives the wine a rich texture and lovely depth of flavour.
