The Details

Tasting Note The wine is bright crimson in colour. The aromatics are layers of brooding dark fruit; mulberry and blueberry with notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon spice and crushed rose petals. The flavour is like a black forest cake, full of rich chocolate and dark cherry with super-smooth tannins.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with grilled lamb cutlets and smoky eggplant salad or ratatouille with fresh sourdough bread.
Treatment A contemporary variety in the earthworks range, Tempranillo has proven to prosper wherever Shiraz thrives and the Barossa is no exception.
