The Details

Tasting Note Bright crimson in colour. Alluring aromas of blueberry, black cherry, violet and tomato leaf. Silky and juicy on the palate with loads of dark berry fruit that leads to a moreish, mocha-tannin finish.
Best Enjoyed With Pairs perfectly with grilled pork chops or lasagna.
Treatment The Y Series collection are wild fermented, which means we let native yeasts do their thing. We see how things go…like your New Year’s.
