This Schedule together with the Terms and Conditions constitute the terms of entry for this Promotion. Please read the Terms and Conditions attached to this Schedule.

1. The Promotion is the Y Series Spin to Win.
2. The Promoter is Samuel Smith & Son Pty Ltd (also trading as Hill-Smith Family Estates), ABN 64 007 534 278 of 40 Eden Valley Road, Angaston SA 5353.
3. Entry restrictions:
   1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
   2. Entrants must attend the NFL Kickoff Festival.
   3. Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotional Period:
   1. Starts: 10:00 am AEST 10 September 2026 (Commencement Date).
   2. Closes: 7:00 pm AEST 12 September 2026 (Closing Date).
5. Entry Method:
   1. To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
      1. Scan the promotional QR code.
      2. Follow @yserieswine on Instagram.
      3. Spin the promotional wheel.
6. Instant Win Mechanic:
   1. This Promotion is a game of chance.
   2. Each valid entry will receive an immediate outcome after spinning the wheel.
   3. A winning result displaying an available prize.
   4. A non-winning result displaying "BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME".
   5. There are 780 winning outcomes available.
   6. Once all winning outcomes have been exhausted, the competition will conclude.
   7. If any winner chooses not to take their prize, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

8. Winning entrants will be notified immediately at the time of spinning the wheel.
9. Determination Date: All prizes will be awarded during the 2026 NFL Kickoff Festival (10 September 2026 to 12 September 2026) or until all prizes have been claimed.

Terms and Conditions

Terms of Entry

1. These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion.
2. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions, the Schedule prevails.
4. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promoter is solely responsible for the preparation, administration, operation and fulfilment of the Promotion.

Promotion

6. The Promotion is conducted by the Promoter.

Eligible Entrants

7. Entry is open only to attendees of the NFL Kickoff Festival who comply with the Entry Restrictions.
8. Any person who is discovered to have used more than one name to enter may be deemed ineligible.

Entry

9. Entry to the Promotion commences on the Commencement Date and closes on the Closing Date.
10. To enter the promotion, entrants must follow the Entry Method during the Promotional Period.
11. Any costs associated with accessing a website or app are the responsibility of the entrant.

Winners & Judging

12. This Promotion is an instant win game of chance.
13. Winning outcomes have been randomly allocated.
14. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of receiving a winning outcome.
15. Entrants will immediately receive either a winning or non-winning result.
16. The result displayed is final.
17. The Promoter's decision is final.

Prize

18. The Prize and Total Prize Value are specified in the Schedule.
19. All Prize values are correct as at the Commencement Date.
20. Entry is not permitted by persons under 18 years of age.
21. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
22. The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged.
23. Any additional costs associated with taking the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
24. The Prize must be claimed during the NFL Kickoff Festival.
25. The Prize may be transferred at the Promoter's sole discretion.
26. The Prize will be awarded to the winner in the Promoter's sole discretion.
27. Prizes may not be resold without prior written consent.

General

28. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion.
29. Winners must disclose relevant health-related issues where required.
30. Participants must comply with all activity requirements.
31. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate.
32. Non-compliance with these Terms may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants.
34. The Promoter and Relevant Parties will not be liable for losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
35. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
36. Entrants release the NFL Entities from claims arising from participation.
37. The Promoter makes no warranties regarding Prize suitability.
38. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
39. The Promoter encourages responsible consumption of alcohol.
40. These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Promotion.

Privacy

41. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
42. Entrants must ensure any third-party personal information supplied has been provided with consent.
