The Details

Tasting Note Aromas of violets, cherry cola and lavender, giving way to a palate of plush dark cherries and chocolate.
Best Enjoyed With Mediterranean tapas or wood fired pizza.
Treatment Our aim has been to showcase the stylish fruit flavours and lovely tannins of Tempranillo complemented by very subtle oak. Fermentation with yeasts indigenous to the vineyards was followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in new and mature Hungarian oak and mature French oak barrels.
