The Details

Tasting Note Aromas of dark cherry, chocolate and rose, continued on the palate with flavours of plush dark berries and mocha.
Best Enjoyed With Chorizo and roast capsicum pizza or mushroom, thyme and olive oil pasta.
Treatment After the grapes are destemmed they are wild fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation to add deliciously rich and rounded texture. Our approach to winemaking showcases the stylish fruit flavours and lovely tannins of Tempranillo complemented by very subtle oak.
