Tasting Note Aromas of blackberry, black pepper and roasted coffee. Palate featuring flavours of chocolate and juicy dark berries.
Best Enjoyed With Wood-fired Pizza, Burgers or Chocolate
Treatment After the grapes are destemmed, the wines are wild fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation to add deliciously rich and rounded texture. Our minimal intervention approach to winemaking showcases the juicy fruit flavours of Shiraz, adding just a dash of Tempranillo for a spicy flair.
