The Details

Tasting Note Bright ruby in colour. There is an abundance of red fruit aromas including mulberry, dark cherry and strawberry with some rose petal. These are complemented by subtle hints of black tea and mushroom. The palate is juicy, vibrant and generous with flavours of dark cherry, strawberry and red berries, layered with delicate savoury notes of mushroom and a touch of clove. Wild fermentation contributes subtle texture and complexity, while soft, fine tannins and balanced acidity provide structure.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with pulled pork burgers, falafel in pita bread, or hoisin duck / tofu noodles.
