Tasting Note Light to medium-bodied, delicious, juicy pomegranate, cranberry and rhubarb flavours with a gentle sweetness that enhances its fruit-dominant appeal, coupled with silky tannins and a fresh, mouth-watering finish.
Best Enjoyed With Best enjoyed lightly chilled with sticky BBQ pork ribs or pad Thai.
Treatment A dry and warm start to the growing season resulted in early bud burst. Spring and summer remained dry with warm days. Flowering occurred evenly with good bunch numbers and cool nights, these conditions allowed the grapes to ripen evenly with fresh, natural acidity and concentrated fruit flavours.
