The Details

Tasting Note Medium ruby in colour with garnet hues. Lots of dark fruits like mulberry, plum and dried date, layered with earthy undertones and subtle characters of clove and oregano. The palate draws you in with mulberry, dark cherry and plum complemented with savoury complexity, dark chocolate and a hint of clove spice. A smooth and lingering finish with cocoa powder tannins.
Best Enjoyed With Enjoy with pepperoni pizza or a grilled mushroom and haloumi burger.
Treatment The Y Series collection are wild fermented, which means we let native yeasts do their thing. We see how things go…like your New Year’s.
