The Details

Tasting Note Lovely fresh and zesty aromas of guava, passion fruit pith, fresh pineapple and mango. The palate shows layers of fresh lemongrass and papaya. Fine, crunchy acidity with a clean, persistent finish.
Best Enjoyed With Delicious when paired with an Asian-style chicken salad or fettucini with fresh basil and almond pesto.
Treatment Picking in the cool of night and allowing only the natural yeasts from the vineyard to perform their ritual of converting the grape sugars to alcohol completes the picture, meaning there is very little separating the man from the wine in the glass.
