Inspired by our museum labels from the 1960s and reimagined across 1847 bottles. Each individual bottle has been hand numbered.

The Details

Tasting Note Enjoy with fresh oysters, seared scallops, salt and pepper squid, Thai beef salad, or a tomato salad with pickled walnuts and fresh basil.
Best Enjoyed With Sufficient rain fell in spring to get the vines growing, and the subsequent mild growing and ripening season was perfect for an excellent quality vintage.
Treatment Pale straw with green hues. Intense aromas of fine dried herbs, white flowers, lemon and lime. A long and rich palate, reminiscent of grapefruit, lime and fresh rosemary. The wine finishes with soft natural acidity, which balances the flavour and minerality.

Recreating an Icon

The Heritage Label is inspired by our museum labels from the 1960s that featured the early painting of Pewsey Vale by Richard Ernest Minchin (1831 – 1893).

Our Artist and Graphic Designer Lisa Tekell recreated the Pewsey Vale Vineyard painting from a recent photograph, using acrylics on paper.

Each individual bottle is hand-numbered to be a truly unique item for any collector.
