Tasting Note Aromas of Pomegranate, rose petal and pink grapefruit with a hint of strawberries and cream. On the Palate you will find delicious pomegranate and white strawberry flavours. The finish is rich, dry and leaves the taste buds yearning for more.
Best Enjoyed With Salmon, Pad Thai, nachos or barbeque veggie skewers.
Treatment Grapes for earthworks Rosé are sourced from our growers in South Australia. The juice is gently extracted from the skins to give the wine a light coral pink colour. Fermentation uses the natural yeasts that have thrived in the vineyard, this gives the wine a rich texture and lovely depth of flavour.
