The Details

Tasting Note Aromas of feijoa, orange blossom, nashi pear and wild honey with hints of jasmine and rose petal. Initial flavours of baked apple and pear on the palate are joined by cinnamon. These generous fruit flavours are complemented by refreshing acidity and a creamy, lingering finish.
Best Enjoyed With Pairs perfectly with jam-packed chicken tacos or seafood pasta. Yum tacos.
Treatment The Y Series collection are wild fermented, which means we let native yeasts do their thing. We see how things go…like your New Year’s.
