The Details

Tasting Note A vibrant watermelon pink in colour. Red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberries and cream with a hint of fuchsia. The bright, luscious palate with pomegranate and cranberry flavours is completed by a refreshing citrus finish.
Best Enjoyed With Pairs perfectly with soft cheeses or a chicken salad.
Treatment The Y Series collection are wild fermented, which means we let native yeasts do their thing. We see how things go…like your New Year’s.
