Accolades

Silky and smooth palate
Lots of shrooms on the label of this one. All good, fungi are vital to our environment. And the right ones are tasty. Anyways, this hasn’t moved price point in years. Wild fermented and Vegan friendly. 3% Viognier (from the Viognier producer in the country) for aromatics and lift. Winemaker is Alexey Alon Dumbuay. How is this still $15 after multiple years??? Full and fleshy Turkish Delight, peppercorn, grilled apricot cheeks, gun flint, grated chocolate, stewing plums and a little dog fart meatiness. Silky and smooth palate with generous and near opulent red and stone fruit, caught before falling to flabby with stone, anise and firm, drying tannins. Fruit finish is quick, but gee, there’s a smile when it goes down.
