While we believe that almost everything is a wine suitable occasion, we see no issue with wanting to spice things up every now and again. It’s also a great conversation starter – here are a few of our favourites guaranteed to get the party started!
If you want a fancy cocktail without the hard work, our Cuvée Spritzer is your new best friend. With a bottle of our Non-Vintage Cuvée, lemons, ruby grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary to garnish, this is the perfect starter to a successful evening.
1 bottle of The Vegan Wine Project Sparkling Cuvée
375ml of pink lemonade
1 litre of soda water
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Lemons, ruby grapefruit and rosemary sprigs for garnishing
In a large jug, stir pink lemonade, soda water, Cuvée, and lemon juice until well combined. Pour into your glass, adding lemons, sliced grapefruit and rosemary sprigs. Serves 10-12.

500ml of The Vegan Wine Project Sparkling Cuvée
1 tablespoon of sugar
6-8 dashes of bitters
Lemon zest for garnishing
Combine sugar and bitters in a glass, and add a dash of Cuvée and stir gently until combined. Pour remaining Cuvée and top with lemon zest. Yum! Serves 10-12.
